Food was utter trash Bathroom was disgusting The bottles in the rooms were pre opened The glasses in the rooms were not clean Some of the rooms did not have hot water and the flush was not working The toilet seat was filled with liquids The water in the water dispenser was dirty And the main thing The staff was rude. When we asked about the bottles in the room, they said they refilled the one time plastic bottle. Who knows how long that one time plastic bottle has been sitting there.... Not at all recommended.... It would be better to find another hotel

Hotel servers are not listening to what we order. Whatever remaining items there in kitchen, they are bringing it to the table and billing it even though we say it to manager that we haven't ordered those. We have ordered 5 items. And got totally different 7 items with the bill. Worst experience. Food is not tasty too.

Bad experience from front office staff

Rude behaviour from office staff. They have a little parking space for vehicles. When we booked room , office staff informed there is no issue with parking, even though parking was full. Later when we returned to hotel, parking was again full, staff informed they are not charging for parking and we should park at road side. Attitude from the front office staff was very bad indeed. Same informed to operational manager immediately, Response from the manager was also not satisfactory. A 3 star hotel worth ignored.
